What is Bio-Organic Fertilizer?

2023/04/21

Biological organic fertilizer refers to a kind of nutrient-rich organic fertilizer which is composed of specific functional microorganisms and mainly plant and animal residues (such as livestock and poultry manure, crop straw, etc.) as sources and processed by bio-organic fertilizer production line to make fermented organic materials compound.

It can use chicken manure, pig manure, cow dung, sludge, straw, plant ash and other waste as raw materials. Raw materials are complex and diverse, and their nutrient content also varies. The organic fertilizer quality and nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrient content of various livestock and poultry manures are also different. For example: when mainly using crop straw and other raw materials for fermentation, about 20% of livestock and poultry manure can be added; when using livestock and poultry manure as the main raw material, about 20% of straw powder can be added, and the fermentation method is the same as above. If it is fermented with more acidic raw materials, about 1-3% lime powder should be added during fermentation to adjust the pH to neutral. The organic fertilizer fermented by this method is suitable for various crops and various soils, and can be used for self-use or processed into commercial fertilizer for sale.

The functional bacteria in bio-organic fertilizers can not only decompose P in the soil, but also decompose K in the soil, releasing P, K and other nutrients, which can provide a steady stream of nutrients for crops. Organic fertilizer equipment makes agriculture more and more green, which has been recognized by the majority of farmers. With the rapid development of organic agriculture in my country, bio-organic fertilizers are increasingly showing great market prospects.
