2. The humidity of the material. When the water content of the material is high, the material is easy to stick in the grinder, but it is also easy to be blocked during the feeding process, thereby reducing the crushing capacity. Therefore, the water content should be reduced as much as possible before crushing so that the crusher can work better.

3. The composition of crushed materials. The more fine powder content in the material before crushing, the greater the impact on crushing, because these fine particles are easy to stick and affect transportation. The content of fine grains should be pre-screened.

4. The viscosity of the material. The more viscous the material, the more likely it will stick together and cause clogging.

5. Minimize the gap between the crusher hammer and the tooth plate or screen as much as possible. The smaller the gap between the crusher hammer and the tooth plate or screen, the higher the frequency of the hammer hitting the material, and the slower the circulation speed, thereby improving the crushing efficiency.
