The scope of application of the new type organic fertilizer granulator

The new type organic fertilizer granulator adopts high-speed rotation, and the material is turned with the cylinder at high speed, so that the powder forms a bond under high-speed movement, and continuously realizes mixing, granulation, spheroidization, and compaction in the material. The purpose of granulation is achieved internally. The particle shape is spherical, the particle size is 0.5mm-5mm, the granulation rate is 80-90%, and the water content is 35%-40%. The particle size can be adjusted by the rotating speed of the rotor. The lower the rotation speed, the larger the particle size, the higher the rotation speed, the smaller the particle size, and vice versa. In the organic fertilizer production line, the fermented raw materials usually need to be dried and crushed, and then granulated. If the new type organic fertilizer granulator is used, the raw materials do not need to be dried and crushed before granulation, so the cost of the dryer and fertilizer crusher can be saved.

 

The new organic fertilizer granulator is suitable for granulation in the following ranges:

1. Bio-organic fertilizer granulation with peat, lignite, organic fertilizer sludge and straw as raw materials;

2. Organic compound fertilizer granulation with organic fertilizers such as chicken manure as the main raw material;

3. Cake fertilizer with bean cake as the main raw material;

4. Pelleting of complete feed and mixed feed with corn, beans, grass powder, etc. as raw materials;

5. Granular biological feed straw granules are made from crop stalks.
